Hey, you got your chocolate in my peanut butter! No, you got your peanut butter in my chocolate!
These “accidents” are the offspring of curiosity and chance. With these works, I didn’t want to
be in control of the image. I wanted to introduce a few materials to each other, and then with
very minimal guidance, let them “get together” to create something unknown and surprising to
look at. I started gluing things together and tearing them apart. The unknown and the element of
surprise were there, but getting something I wanted to look at more than once, something “good”,
was about a 25% chance. These “accidents” are that 25%. Enjoy.
